- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful Place! I was trying to help a friend get his drivers license. We went in on a Tuesday and they wouldn't help us without an appointment (NO ONE was waiting in line or in the waiting area). We scheduled an appointment and asked the scheduler what we needed to be sure to bring when we came back on Thursday. She said he was good and that I needed to bring a copy of the insurance of the vehicle he would be taking the test in. We show up on Thursday and everything is good but now they need a copy of my car registration. They didn't say anything about it on Tuesday...no mention of needing it...nothing. Talked to the "manager" and she didn't care one bit and of course she didn't...they are government run and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! She should be FIRED!!!! I will drive out of my way to avoid this place!By David Montang, December 28, 2016
